Pole 2993 at the corner of Clark and Pleasant has had a black wire down and dragging along the sidewalk since Hurricane Sandy hit.

Poles 7058 and 4963 turn on, turn off, and go dim intermittently. Please fix -- together they can make this stretch of Clark St. VERY dark!
