Sharraxaadda

The road surface on Russell St from Orchard up to Elm is in very poor condition, with patches on top of patches on top of patches. I have to bike very, very slowly, and as this is a major cut-through road, that creates conflict with cars.

Please resurface this road so that I don't lose a tooth or a bolt every time I go down it. I only have so many left!

(I see that this street is right on the border with Somerville -- if there's some way to tell which city is responsible for the pavement, please let me know.)
