Description

A male and female in a Dodge Ram truck with an attached trailer pull up in front of East Rock Elementary playground nearly every day. Sometimes they park on the sidewalk. They proceed to leave the car running and inject drugs intravenously- I know this because they don't try to hide what they're doing. Ive also seen them sell drugs out of this truck. I've called the non emergency police line over 4 times but nobody ever comes out. There are two main issues: people doing/selling drugs in front of the playground at an elementary school (shouldn't this be a drug free zone)and then proceeding to drive away while clearly under the influence. Can someone please help because I am out of ideas aside from approaching them myself.
